“Terroir de Bacchus” Vineyards are located at Ainata-Al-Arz, a Lebanese village, located in Northern Lebanon, 108 km from the capital Beirut. The altitude of Ainata lands varies from 1600m to 2600m. Our Vineyards are cultivated at an altitude ranging from 1600m to 1800m.
The soil has a unique shell limestone with clay characteristic, covered with stone plates. It is the perfect environment for the vines, where moisture is minimal and the temperature is moderate, even during Ainata’s hot summer days and snowy cold winter.
The grapes of “Terroir de Bacchus” are the noble Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
